Here’s the end result, so far, of those embroideries.
I say so far as if you want to wait a while I will keep going and make a low Mass set!
I hesitate, as I don’t know what style of chasuble you’d like! Get in touch if you think you’re interested; I’d love to keep going but it’s a bit much for me to bite off if I don’t have a home for the set to go to…
Leaf and Vine Design
I admit I was slightly tempted to fiddle about with this and change the leaves to shamrocks being that it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day. I restrained myself but if you want a shamrock pall, let me know! I think it would be awfully fun to embroider shamrocks…

Well, I’ve just finished making the chalice pall I talked about last time. After having a little think about it I completed the embroidery, made the teeny weeny altar linen for the back, stitched the whole thing together and then sewed on the lace edging.

Cross Design: 5 – Advent
The second version in this epic set of veils is in a reddish violet. I selected that shade as being suitable for both Advent and Lent before losing my mind and deciding to go the whole hog!
